Summary
We are looking for a competent Systems Engineer to work onsite with our customer. This primarily involves supporting our customer\xe2\x80\x99s end users, configuring and maintenance of equipment, and ongoing security and technical improvements. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job. He/She will take operational direction from our customer\xe2\x80\x99s management team and demonstrate flexibility and positivity daily.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides technical support (help desk) to users by troubleshooting problems related to network or platform performance.

• Provides support across the G-Suite email and other systems
• Detailed ticket documentation
• Documents complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.
• Leads the configuration and maintenance of office and/or production software, adjunct support and/or utility software, i.e. Virus malware protection, office application suites and/or application software.
• Leads in planning and implementing changes to infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance.
• Review network connectivity and access requirements.
• Design, test, and implement a broad range of new network solutions
• Provide technical support, analysis & troubleshooting surrounding network issues
• Keep network documentation updated and accurate, such as Visio diagrams, operational procedures, training manuals, and network templates.
• Works with Business Applications, vendors, consultants, contractors, and IT personnel
• Provides technical guidance and assistance to other IS Engineers and IS Administrators.

• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with systems administration

• Experience with active directory
• Experience with SQL server administration
• Experience with basic networking such as VLAN, Network Segmentation, Firewall administration, router and switch configuration
• Analytical thinking
