Join our high-performing operational team as a Systems Data Analyst, based in Saint John, NB. This role combines system thinking with advanced data analytics to unlock the full potential of technology and AI.



Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools to provide real-time insights into system and business performance. Leverage CoPilot AI and RPA to automate workflows, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Architects and Engineers to optimise data architecture for scalability and business needs. Support system upgrades and implementations through rigorous data validation and impact analysis. Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels. Translate business requirements into system specifications and analytical models that enable actionable insights. Champion user adoption by training end-users on business systems and upcoming capabilities.

Post-Secondary undergraduate degree in related discipline Demonstrated experience in data analytics in an operational environment requiring the capability to analyze, model and interpret data to develop recommendations Strong communication skills and the confidence to present to both senior leaders and front-line employees Strong sense of curiosity and problem-solving skills SQL, Python, or R for data analysis Understanding of system architecture and data flows Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) * Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as MercuryGate, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
