Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance and business systems professionals.Our client seeks a Office 365 Workflow Automation Specialist, for a four-month contract. In this role you you will design and implement automated processes across various Microsoft Office 365 applications.The Workflow Automation Specialist's duties will include:-Designing and developing automation workflows within Office 365 applications to enhance business efficiency and productivity.-Creating and managing SharePoint site collections and lists-Building and maintaining integration solutions using third-party applications to enhance business processes.-Monitoring automated processes to optimize workflows for better performance.-Collaborating with internal client(s) to assess workflow requirements, document processes, and implement automation solutions.-Ensuring automations comply with organizational policies and data protection regulations.-Provide training and support to usersThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:-Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications, notably Outlook, SharePoint, and Access.-Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing workflows, forms, and permissions within SharePoint.-Familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate-Knowledge of integrating third-party applications into Office 365 workflows.-Skilled in troubleshooting and refining Office 365 automations-Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages an assetRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
