Position Summary
--------------------
The Systems & Automation Specialist ensures corporate data systems are reliable, efficient, and well-integrated. This role manages daily systems administration, builds automation workflows, and supports Finance and Operations with data connections and reporting improvements.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Manage system access, permissions, configurations, and integrations across ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and approvals
Support Power BI datasets and maintain data quality
Troubleshoot system or data issues in coordination with IT
Identify opportunities to improve automation, integration, and reporting efficiency
Document system processes and workflows for consistency and scalability
Skills and Abilities
------------------------
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel
Understanding of finance and accounting concepts
Project management: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team setting
Service-oriented, responsive, and attentive to user needs
Continuous improvement mindset with technical curiosity
Qualifications
------------------
2-4 years of experience in systems support, automation, or data operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel
Ability to manage time effectively and work under limited supervision
Limited travel may be required
