One full-time permanent Systems Analyst IT position available, starting on November 10, 2025. Working 37.5 hours per week.

Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ensure the stable operation of the hybrid cloud systems, security systems and network connections.
Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network, security, software and communication links through a variety of means including performing technical onsite service throughout the organization.
Conducts training and is responsible for inventory control.
Works in alignment with the Agency's commitment to equity to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency.

Your Talents and Experience:
A degree or diploma in computer science, or network administration. Experience with Microsoft Server products or Microsoft Certification is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft365.
Ability to listen to a wide range of customers.
Excellent communication skills are required to translate technical information into lay person's terms.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this position.
