: The candidate for this position will have a solid and proven track record in infrastructure design, support and maintenance. A minimum of 5 years of full time IT experience is required for the intermediate level candidate. Managing our client's infrastructure is the main focus but you will also be actively involved in implementing technologies such as Azure, Intune and Office 365 as well as other security and network products. This position requires an outgoing, motivated, confident, and ambitious individual. In addition to technical skills, it is expected that the candidate will also possess excellent customer-facing skills (both written and verbal). Full time use of an automobile is required.

Responsibilities include

- Microsoft skills with respect to infrastructure.

- Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune support, troubleshooting, implementations and migrations.

- Project Management and delivery.

- Server hardware and software configuration, problem determination and resolution.

- PC hardware and software configuration, problem determination and resolution.

- Windows systems administration, design, setup and troubleshooting.

- Network LAN / WAN maintenance and implementation.

- Cybersecurity knowledge and ability to design and implement solutions for clients.

- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues or solutions

This person must be comfortable with a variety of tasks, ranging from server installs and hardware reconfiguration to system problem diagnosis.

Proficiency in the following areas of technology is required.

- Microsoft Based Technology -- Knowledge of Windows server platforms, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Intune and other Microsoft server-family products.

- Security Knowledge -- Employing good security practices at all stages of the project life cycle. Server / application / network hardening and lock down to industry standards.

- Personal Organization -- Excellence at time management; maximize efficiency in client contact; meet deadlines, commitments, and project requirements.

- Communications - strong ability to interact with technical and executive level customer contacts.

Education

One of the following is required: a) Degree or Diploma or b) Microsoft Certification. Other industry certifications would be an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
