We are seeking a detail-oriented System Administrator to support and enhance our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a Windows-based environment, has a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, and enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with user support and continuous improvement initiatives.
As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while supporting colleagues with responsive, solutions-focused service.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Install, configure, maintain, and optimize IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure
Set up and support peripherals such as printers, keyboards, routers, modems, and smart devices, ensuring systems remain secure, current, and fully patched
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Provide timely and effective user support, resolving technical inquiries with a customer-service mindset
Maintain and administer Windows Server environments
Support system databases, internal web pages, and application environments
Maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, issues, and resolutions
Design and produce basic system and operational reports
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to software applications and IT processes
Develop and maintain user documentation to support onboarding and reduce recurring support needs
Collaborate with internal teams to align technology solutions with business needs
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with a Windows-based environment
Firm understanding of networking principles
Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Office, including Viva and SharePoint
Understanding of systems at a component and infrastructure level
Experience supporting multi-server environments is preferred
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
