Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced Systems Administrator for our Calgary Client. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for all Information Technology (IT) operations including hardware and software setups and, network security, building access, audio-visual, and telecommunications systems. You will bring a positive, achievement-oriented attitude and proven experience in managing computer systems including hardware and software to meet the Client's needs. This role is located in Calgary, AB.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 3 + years verifiable working success in a similar role with proficient hardware & software implementation and support experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience with installations and upgrades to hardware including workstations, peripheral equipment, and software to assure optimal operations
• High-level experience with Microsoft Suite including O365 and MS Access
• Strong working knowledge and ability with administration and configuration of network systems
• Solid experience and ability for "help desk" calls, troubleshooting issues and repair issues
• Excellent knowledge about common operating systems and ability to provide support for website and platforms
• Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid ability in verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with ability for providing quality customer service to all levels of stakeholders
• Proactive and takes initiative. Results-oriented, with demonstrated ability to meet short- and long-term goals
• Post-secondary education in engineering, computer science or related field
