Le groupe des Services Apres-vente - Civil a pour objectif de garder a jour des simulateurs de vols afin qu'ils soient a la fine pointe des differentes ameliorations aeronautiques que l'industrie offre. Nos employes concoivent des solutions novatrices afin de relever des defis technologiques quotidiennement.
Le specialiste du support logiciel fait partie d'un groupe qui interagit beaucoup avec la clientele et fournit un soutien technique apres-vente aux clients de CAE, contribuant ainsi a l'atteinte de l'objectif de l'entreprise qui vise a etre le partenaire de choix en matiere de simulation et de formation en aviation.
Le titulaire du poste pourra acquerir de l'experience et une nouvelle expertise sur divers systemes tout en ayant la possibilite de mettre en pratique ses connaissances, son ingeniosite et sa creativite en vue de resoudre des problemes et d'affronter de nouveaux defis dans le contexte en constante evolution du soutien a la clientele. Le role du specialiste du service a la clientele offre au titulaire du poste de la flexibilite, une croissance professionnelle ainsi qu'une possibilite de reseautage dans l'ensemble du reseau mondial de centres de formation et de la base de clientele de CAE.
Le role que nous vous proposons :Enqueter, isoler et corriger les deficiences des simulateurs de vol. Interagir avec les clients partout dans le monde. Integrer les modifications aux logiciels d'ingenierie. Rassembler et coordonner les efforts visant a resoudre les problemes a l'aide d'un soutien a distance. Opportunite de voyages de courte duree chez les clients pour resoudre des problemes precis. Devenir un expert technique d'un systeme particulier sans etre limite a ceux mentionnes ici : + Systemes auxiliaires, communication et ACARS.


Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui:Possede un baccalaureat en genie ou en informatique. Connaissance des langues de programmation C, C++ ou d'autres langages similaires. Connaissance de l'environnement de simulation de l'aviation civile, un atout. Capacite a resoudre des problemes. Debrouillardise, esprit d'initiative, capacite relationnelle. Capacite d'adaptation a de nouveaux environnements. Capacite a apprendre rapidement. Volonte de travailler occasionnellement selon des horaires irreguliers. Le bilinguisme en francais et en anglais est requis.

The System Software Specialist (SSS) is part of a highly customer-facing group that provides post-delivery technical support to CAE's customers, contributing to the company's goal of being the Flight Training and Simulation Partner of Choice.

The role we are offering you:Investigate, isolate, and resolve flight simulators deficiencies. Interact with customers around the world. Implement engineering software changes. Set up and coordinate efforts to address issues using remote support. Opportunity to travel on short term trips to customer sites for specific problem solving. Become a technical expert of a specific system but not limited to those listed: + Ancillaries, communication and ACARS.


We are looking for someone who:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences. Knowledge of C, C++, or other similar programming languages. Knowledge of the civil aviation simulation environment, an asset. Ability to troubleshoot problems Resourcefulness, initiative, good interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to new environments. Ability to learn quickly. Willingness to occasionally work irregular hours. Bilingualism in both French and English is required.
