We are seeking a skilled System Integration Specialist / Jr. Software Developer to lead this transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with innovative technology in a collaborative, small-team environment, making a meaningful impact.Position is Full time in office located in Pickering, ONRole OverviewAs the System Integration Specialist /Jr. Software Developer, you will be the team lead responsible for understanding our Ontology and leveraging Foundry to create robust solutions tailored to our business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy workflows and integrations using Foundrys powerful toolset.What does the position offer?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and development of business solutions using Foundry.
• Understand and refine our Ontology to align with business processes.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Pipeline Builder.
• Develop and manage code repositories within Foundry.
• Implement data models, workflows, and automation to enhance ERP functionalities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Foundry, including Ontology, Pipeline Builder, and Code Repositories.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpa for scripting and automation.
• Experience in data modeling, system integration, and workflow automation.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Position Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
• 3-5 years relevant working experience.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with external applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and data security best practices.
• Experience with LLMs.
• Previous experience leading development teams or projects.
• Strong English communications skills
