Annual Salary: $69,451 - $84,885

The System Analyst provides troubleshooting, analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance of Servers, Networks and Microsoft Azure technology options, while supporting credit union team members, all subsidiaries, affiliates, and any organizations under service support contract to best meet customer needs. Other responsibilities include:

• Deploy and configure Microsoft Azure based solutions
• Maintain and Monitor Azure Resources, Log Analytics, and Sentinel
• Deploy and configure virtual networks, manage routing, IP addressing, etc.
• Deploy, configure, and backup virtual machines
• Deploy, configure, and Manage Storage, including backups and archives
• Implement Security, Protect Identities, and encrypt data
• Provide incident, problem, and change management by investigating issues reported by staff or escalated by the Service Desk, ensuring all issues and resolutions are documented in the internal Service Desk ticket system
• Support and assist all staff in the use of technology in a manner that will enhance knowledge, build self-confidence, and improve productivity
• Provide technical management and regular maintenance of all Azure services
• Maintain Servers and network resources

Some things that would impress us:

• 2 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in an Information Technology environment
• Advanced skills and/or certificate in Microsoft Azure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
