Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Provide client support services daily with high-quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.\xc2\xb7 Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.\xc2\xb7 Answer client calls and address their queries and concerns within the assigned timelines.\xc2\xb7 Develop process improvements to improve response times and service quality.\xc2\xb7 Develop a knowledge base of customer problems and resolutions.\xc2\xb7 Update the CRM with information for all sales phone leads.\xc2\xb7 Handle client escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly.\xc2\xb7 Assist manager in organizing company events.\xc2\xb7 Establishing employee working and training schedule.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Experience in a customer-facing dealership and or hospitality role.\xc2\xb7 Must have excellent communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Dedicated to customer satisfaction and attention to detail.Tell us your story.
