Responsibilities:
Process paperwork for new, used, wholesale, and lease terminations
Maintain records, reports and inventory lists as required or requested
Create and maintain documentation for vehicle files
Maintain vehicle register as per government and regulatory guidelines
Co-ordinate licensing of vehicles, ownership transfers, etc. with the Ministry licensing office ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies
Conduct vehicle purchase documentation and wholesale documentation for the used vehicle department
Perform any other duties, projects and administrative tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience (automotive industry would be an asset)
Exceptional communication skills and strong inter-personal skills
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word, etc)
Previous experience with Reynolds and / or PBS dealership management systems an asset
Pay rate:
$19.30 / hour
