Swim/Aquatic Instructors

for our Richmond Hill facility.

Position Overview

As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, engaging, and enjoyable aquatic programs to swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Your energy, passion, and commitment to excellence will help ensure every guest and member has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Passionate about swimming, fitness, and working with people of all ages Experience leading aquatic classes (up to 4 students per class) is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Current

Standard First Aid

and

CPR-C

certification (required)

Aquafit Instructor

certification is an asset New instructors welcome --

comprehensive training is provided

Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment Available to work

evenings (Monday to Friday)

and/or

weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Scheduling & Hours

Flexible scheduling -- select shifts that match your availability Part-time: Up to

20 hours/week

Full-time:

20+ hours/week
