Skilled Swamper / Laborer
to join our team immediately.Responsibilities:
Assist with the
loading, unloading, and movement of materials and equipment
on job sites. Support drivers and operators withrigging and securing loads
safely and efficiently. Performflagging duties
to ensure the safe movement of vehicles and equipment in active work zones. Maintain aclean and organized work area
, following all company safety policies and procedures. Support tradespeople and site foremen as needed in day-to-day operations.Qualifications:
Experience with rigging and flagging
in a construction or industrial setting (certifications preferred). Physically capable of performing manual labor and working in outdoor conditions. Strong commitment tosafety, teamwork, and reliability
. Ability to take direction and communicate clearly influent English
. Must pass apre-employment drug and alcohol test
