Join our dynamic team as a Swamper/Laborer, where your skills and enthusiasm will contribute to exciting oilfield projects! In this role, you'll engage in a variety of tasks based on oilfield projects. Your hands-on experience will be invaluable as you collaborate with skilled operators and ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality and safety.
What you'll do
Assist in the setup and operation, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
Participate in various oilfield activities including vac truck, combo units, hydrovacs, and picker trucks.
Collaborate with team members to work safely.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
Support skilled operators in daily dispatches.
Basic qualifications
Strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to oilfield work.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in laborer role and ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
Familiarity with oilfield swamper duties.
Knowledge of various oilfield equipment swamper duties prefered but not necessary.
Oilfield safety tickets preferred but can be provided for right candidate.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work long hours.
Available on short notice.
