About the role



As the Sustainability Support Advisor, you will provide administrative support to the Sustainability Teams at Evolution Red Lake Operations. Additional responsibilities include managing site document control, maintaining the Sustainability data system (INX), and coordinating site-wide communications.



Key result areas in this role include:



Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating training, travel, and organizing on- and off-site events

Prepare and assist with presentations, reports, meeting minutes, special projects, and various documentation

Draft and distribute internal and external communications

Compile and report weekly and monthly Sustainability data

Serve as the site champion for the Sustainability Reporting System (INX)

Manage the site's Document Control Management System

Assist with processing and managing site access requests

Create requisitions in the Pronto system as needed

Scan, log, and upload government orders into the tracking system

Support the training team with ministry-related training requirements

Assist in managing the site's INX Moodle and Articulate platforms

Provide general administrative support including typing, photocopying, and compiling documents for the Sustainability teams

Support the Joint Occupational Health and Safety (JOHS) Committee

Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, aligned with the operation's goal of achieving zero incidents

Perform other duties as assigned by the Sustainability Manager



About you



As the Sustainability Support Advisor, you meet the following criteria:



College diploma and/or relevant experience in a sustainability or administrative role

Valid Class G driver's license

Proven experience in administrative functions

Solid understanding of Sustainability disciplines, including Health & Safety, Training, Environment, and Corporate Social Responsibility

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Skilled in using digital systems such as Pronto, INX, and SharePoint, or the ability to learn

Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and applicable environmental regulations

Familiarity with Sustainability reporting requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Collaborative and team-oriented with a cooperative attitude

Demonstrates a strong work ethic and professionalism

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Flexible and adaptable team player

Promotes a positive and balanced work environment

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks

Maintains confidentiality in all company matters
