You will work closely with engineering, planning, and fleet management teams to design and implement zero-emission fleet strategies.In an ever changing world, it requires creativity and innovation to stay ahead.We're seeking the curious, those who are stimulated by fresh thinking and a desire to shape our communities in new, positive ways.As part of a truly global team, working on complex and rewarding projects, you'll be at the forefront of driving changeWorking with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Utilize Excel and Power BI for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including creating business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and return on investment calculations for zero-emission fleet initiatives.
• Research and identify relevant grants, funding opportunities, and rebates applicable to zero-emission vehicle projects.
• Prepare compelling proposals, including technical writing, creative graphics, and organized presentation of information.
• Conduct emissions modeling and energy assessments to quantify environmental benefits and energy requirements.
• Conduct scholarly research to stay informed about advancements in zero-emission vehicles, fleet management technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize fleet performance, reduce emissions, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate project progress, outcomes, and proposals.
• Apply for grants, funding, and rebates to support zero-emission fleet projects as needed.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, transportation planning, or related field preferred.
• Background in zero-emission vehicles, fleet planning, engineering, or fleet management is advantageous.
• Experience in emissions modeling and energy assessments is desirable.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed financial analysis, including business cases, ROI calculations, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong skills in Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizing data insights.
• Exceptional technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive technical reports and proposals.
• Creative flair for crafting engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics and presentations.
• Awareness of grants, funding opportunities, and rebates relevant to zero-emission vehicles.
• Ability to conduct scholarly research and stay updated on industry advancements.
• Ability to code in Python is a bonus.
