We are currently seeking a

Surveyor

to join our team in Calgary, AB.

Applicants

must

be experienced in constructing commercial/residential concrete buildings ranging from basic foundations to high-rise towers.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Accurately read and interpret blueprints Utilize information from blueprints to layout gridlines and elevations accurately Provide the detailed surveying and layout for installation of formwork, concrete and embeds as per plans, specifications and shop drawings in accordance with the project schedule requirements Examine project plans, details and dimensions and give advice as a key member of the Project Team with regard to errors, omissions and any practical aspects which may affect the progress of the project Review form designs when provided in order to ensure accuracy and conformity to the needs of the project Review and follow safety policies and procedures Work at heights and in all weather conditions Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Credentials:

High school diploma Additional courses and/or certifications related to surveying or engineering
Skills:

Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize Strong decision maker Quick learner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
