We are currently looking for a Survey Technician to join our team in the GTA.

What You'll Do:

• Organize field equipment and supplies.
• Ensure all field equipment is accounted for and maintained in good working order.
• Demonstrate the essential skills related to the use of all field equipment used to perform job responsibilities.
• Assist in the collection of field data using various survey instruments, levels and GPS field equipment.

• You are adaptable and willing to travel out of town and do what it takes to get the job done!

What You Should Bring:

The ideal candidate will have a Post-Secondary education in a Civil Engineering program or a Survey Technician program, and/or surveying experience/civil construction experience would be considered an asset. Additionally, you should have:

• Proficiency in setting up, operating and troubleshooting survey equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• An unwavering commitment to environmental health and safety in the workplace.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in the operation of ATVs/UTVs/Snowmobiles.
• A willingness to travel for site inspections and fieldwork on occasion, sometimes on short notice and for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A Valid Driver's License (Full G).
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.
