Job Scope
As a senior market segment expert, it\xe2\x80\x99s your job to gather pertinent information and find potential correct product fit clients in the surveillance and security video processing market segment. This is the first step in the prospecting process, and the organization will rely on your market segment knowledge, persuasive abilities, and creative methods of finding and connecting with the correct person within potential customer organizations. This role requires extensive experience in the surveillance & security video processing infrastructure implementations.
Location of work:

• United States, Canada or Europe

Responsibilities

• Hunter mentality, with primary focus on identifying potential clients for opportunities
• Introductions to decision making stake holders within identified potential clients
• Focus on generating new business and account acquisition
• Collaboratively work with the current sales team and leadership to develop lead and sales generation strategies
• Utilize internal CRM for all notation and documentation of all customer interaction activity
• Developing product knowledge to support potential client identification
• Effectively communicate and present the initial product introductions and value proposition to customers.
• Providing professional, consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications.
• Working both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Focus

• This position will focus primarily on the North American and European surveillance & security market segment
• There will be no territorial limitations, focus will be on market segment penetration and expansion
  
  

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years working directly within the video processing infrastructure design segment of surveillance & security
• Relationships within the top solution providers for video processing infrastructure segment of surveillance & security
