As a Roommate provider, you will work directly with a female adult with a disability. Calgary Progressive Lifestyles Foundation (CPLF) Support Roommates facilitate participation in recreational and social activities, supporting personal growth and community involvement, and ensuring overall well-being of people with disabilities. Job Requirements:

Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check (within the past two years)

Must be empathetic and patient individual

Experience working in the field is an asset

A reliable vehicle and valid driver's class 5 license

o If hired, we require two million in third party liability vehicle insurance

Valid First Aid (Level C) certification required within 3 months of hiring.

If hired, we require General Commercial Liability Insurance

*Medication Administration Training, Crisis Prevention Intervention Training, Abuse Protocol Training, and Positive Behavior Support Training will be provided at cost.
