As a Support Specialist I, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers--offering timely, empathetic, and technically sound support across multiple channels. You'll harness the power of AI to solve problems faster, identify trends, and drive smarter service delivery. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer trust and driving Vendasta's commitment to world-class service through innovation, communication, and care.

Your Impact





As a Support Specialist I, you'll work with the Support Team and cross-functional stakeholders to:


Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video.*
Leverage AI-powered support tools to respond quickly and accurately to customer requests.*
Identify bugs or escalations and log them with detailed context to ensure efficient resolution.*
Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation by validating and improving AI-generated drafts.*
Provide real-time product walk-throughs and training with support from internal AI coaching tools.*
Supercharge your service by blending human intuition with AI tools to maintain a world-class one-touch resolution and customer satisfaction rate.*
Bring your expertise and customer feedback to our Product organization, helping shape future product updates.*
Help customers implement Vendasta's AI-powered tools to grow and retain their customers.*




What You Bring to the Table




You bring 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field--ideally within a SaaS or tech environment. You're skilled in using platforms like Zendesk, Atlassian, and Google Workspace and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You're curious and adaptable, with a working understanding of AI-enhanced support tools like summarizers and smart replies. While exposure to AI or automation tools is considered an asset, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. You thrive in fast-paced environments, show empathy in every interaction, and take pride in continuous improvement and customer success.
