The Canadian Light Source Inc. (CLSI) is a national research facility of the University of Saskatchewan. CLS produces very bright light to explore the nature and structure of molecules, and serves national and international users from academia, industry, and government institutions.
CLSI is now accepting applications for an Assistant or Associate Scientist position within our Bio/Life Sciences department on the BioXAS beamline - a group of three independently operating endstations, one dedicated to high-resolution XRF mapping and micro-XANES experiments and other two perfectly fit for X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy in extremely diluted samples. Beamline is suitable for various applications in Bio/Life, Environmental and Material Sciences within its operation range of 5-32 keV.
