Our client is looking for Support Desk Agents to work onsite in Regina, reference #2024-05, for a 3-month contract. Our client is looking for service desk professionals to help support remote users located around the province from July 29 through November 1, 2024. They require up to 6 service desk resources to be available for shifts ranging from 8:00AM to 8:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) daily including weekends and holidays. It is anticipated that weekend and evening work will begin October 1, 2024 through November 1 2024.What you will be doing:The service desk personnel will be working in their internal call centre located in Regina supporting Microsoft Office and custom applications.Service desk personnel will also be required to provide general hardware and network support and troubleshooting. However, modified shifts may occur at key times throughout the termAll resources will be required to work onsite at Elections Saskatchewan\xe2\x80\x99s office in Regina. There is no opportunity for remote work.What you must have:Must be available to work a variety of shifts Monday through SundayNot require significant time off for the duration of the contractHave 1 year experience providing service desk supportHave 3 years experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applicationsHave strong familiarity with technological equipment, software, and networking.Be proficient with troubleshooting equipment, solving common problems with technology, and providing support to users.Be proficient in English (both verbal and written)Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions and procedures.Call centre experience would be an asset.Orientation training will be provided for staff in the first week of the contract.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
