Il a un grand nombre de t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa0 accomplir pour assurer, dans les limites raisonnables, la satisfaction des besoins des r\xc3\xa9sidents et des visiteurs.   • Offrir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le de qualit\xc3\xa9 sup\xc3\xa9rieure aux r\xc3\xa9sidents et \xc3\xa0 leurs visiteurs, lorsque ceux-ci entrent ou sortent de l\xe2\x80\x99immeuble
  • D\xc3\xa9montrer un grand esprit communautaire
  • Recevoir des messages personnels pour des r\xc3\xa9sidents et les transmettre lorsque vous les rencontrez ou tel que convenu (lettres de renouvellement, notice de non-paiement, notice de bruit, notice de cannabis, etc.)
  • R\xc3\xa9server des commodit\xc3\xa9s ou des salles de conf\xc3\xa9rence dans l\xe2\x80\x99immeuble pour les r\xc3\xa9sidents, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant
  • Pr\xc3\xa9paration des horaires de d\xc3\xa9m\xc3\xa9nagement
  • Aider les r\xc3\xa9sidents \xc3\xa0 trouver leur chemin, si n\xc3\xa9cessaire
  • Fournir acc\xc3\xa8s au fournisseur des service autoris\xc3\xa9s
  • Gestion des colis et cr\xc3\xa9ations de nouvelles proc\xc3\xa9dures
  • Gestion des demandes de stationnement, espaces de rangements et location d\xe2\x80\x99espaces \xc3\xa0 v\xc3\xa9los
  • Assigner les demandes de maintenance au technicien en cr\xc3\xa9ant des Bon de Travail dans le system
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er des Purchase Orders dans le system et communiquer avec les fournisseurs de services concernant les r\xc3\xa9parations n\xc3\xa9cessaires dans les suites et espaces communs.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer et assister les r\xc3\xa9sidents \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre leurs probl\xc3\xa8mes dans un d\xc3\xa9lai raisonnable
  • Inspection journali\xc3\xa8re de la propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 afin de rapporter les d\xc3\xa9ficiences
  • Conduire des audits de stationnement, espaces de rangement et espace \xc3\xa0 v\xc3\xa9los
  • Pr\xc3\xa9paration des cl\xc3\xa9s pour tous les nouveaux r\xc3\xa9sidents en coordination avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de location
  • Programmation du syst\xc3\xa8me d\xe2\x80\x99intercom
  • V\xc3\xa9rifications et nettoyage des bo\xc3\xaetes aux lettres vides \xc3\xa0 chaque find\xc3\xa9but du mois
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9union quotidienne sur les op\xc3\xa9rations
  • Former les portiers
  • Effectuer d\xe2\x80\x99autres t\xc3\xa2ches, selon les besoins
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Avoir des aptitudes exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Poss\xc3\xa9der de un \xc3\xa0 trois ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en milieu de travail
  • Poss\xc3\xa9der deux ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente dans le domaine du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le
  • D\xc3\xa9tenir un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence, un dipl\xc3\xb4me de formation g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale (FG)
  • Poss\xc3\xa9der de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion d\xe2\x80\x99immeuble constitue un atout
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance du quartier et poss\xc3\xa9der des aptitudes efficaces en communication t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonique

Are you a people person? Are you self-motivated, fun-loving and have an interest in enhancing resident living experience? If this sounds like you, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a full-time Front Desk agent to support our community!This role is responsible for helping residents in several ways to enhance the quality of their living experience. There are a wide variety of duties that ensure that the needs of the residents or guests are met, within reason. Some specific tasks include greeting, managing, maintaining security, coordinating, and informing.This is a full-time position at The Shaughn property (1770 rue Joseph Manseau). We are currently on the lookout for someone to cover our day shift.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide superior customer service to both residents and guests when they exit or enter the property
  • Promote a strong sense of community
  • Take personal messages for residents and deliver them when seen or as designated (renewal letters, late payment notices, noise notices, cannabis notices, etc.)
  • Reserve amenities or conference room spaces in the building for residents if applicable
  • Organize move inmove out schedule
  • Provide direction for residents as required
  • Provide access to authorized vendors
  • Manage and implement parcel deliveries processes
  • Assist residents with maintenance, parkings and lockers inquiries by creating Work Orders and Purchase Orders in the system
  • Assist residents get timely resolution on maintenance issues by coordinating the work with the maintenance technician, vendors and residents
  • Perform daily inspections of the property and report any deficiencies
  • Perform locker, parking and bike room audits
  • Program and prepare all keys to new residents in coordination with the leasing team
  • Program the intercom system
  • Verify empty mailboxes at the end of the month
  • Participate to the weekly operation meeting
  • Prepare general notices (water shut down, power outage, emergency repairs, etc.)
  • Review doormen daily reports
  • Provide training to doormen
  • Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • 1-3 years of practical experience
  • 2 years experience in previous relevant customer service role
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Property Management experience an asset
  • Good working knowledge of the local area and effective phone communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter with high degree of initiative, creativity and flexibility
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people
