Job Overview:

To maintain appropriate nursing staffing levels throughout the entire center, consistent with established staffing guidelines and patterns.
Accountabilities:
=====================
Maintain/provide accurate staffing schedules and arrange for staff replacements following Staffing Guidelines/Parameters.
Generate/prepare reports.
Conduct payroll data entry.
Register all clients and referrals and ensure all information is collected and processed.
Support day-to-day admission functions.
Ensure PT movement across the centre is accurately recorded.
Attendance at safety meetings/training/updates in accordance with the Centre's standards
Ability to work in a manner that exemplifies the core values of West Park: Excellence, Respect, Trust, Collaboration and Accountability
Evidence of good performance history and attendance record
Key Qualifications:

High school diploma
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Required Excellent Interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a highly organized fashion
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Good mathematical aptitude
Evidence of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
Basic understanding of GRASP and ANSOS, admitting/transfer/discharge functions preferred:
Basic medical terminology preferred
Working knowledge of ONA and SEIU collective agreements preferred
Previous experience within a hospital environment is preferred
