Hamilton Montessori School is looking for supply teachers to be a part of our growing Montessori school. Individual(s) must provide a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate child(rens) growth, exploration and participation. New graduates are eligible to apply to this position

Duties of Applicant:

_- Setting an excellent example for children and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
- Treat all children unconditionally and with same importance level
- Maintain a clean, safe and positive classroom environment for children
- Support the lead teacher by observing and assisting children in their activities without interrupting their focus
- Observe the child and interpret the child(s) needs
- Participate in school activities and accompanying students on field trips
- Attending seminars and workshops as and when required
- Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times

Applicant Requirements:

- ECA, College Diploma, University Degree or Montessori Diploma (MACTE, AMI) in early childhood teaching, education or a related discipline is required
- Additional courses or training in education would be advantageous
- An ability to guide groups of children of differing ages, needs, and abilities
- Patience and excellent observational communication, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect
- A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children

Part-Time Hours are flexible

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
