Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Supply ECA to join our team. As a Supply ECA, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support to students during classroom instruction and individual work time
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Help students with their assignments and provide guidance as needed
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with the teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to assist with teaching basic math concepts
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
