Status

Position Summary

Food Preparers provide food service support to students, staff and visitors in various locations across the Division.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

preparing a variety of hot and cold food items including baked goods setting up and cleaning food preparation, dining and banquet areas maintaining safety and sanitation standards operating cash register and point of sale terminal assisting in the maintenance of inventory wash and store dishes, pots and cooking utensils in compliance with Health Safety guidelines

Education/Qualifications

diploma in Culinary Arts, Journeyperson Cook or Baker certification will be considered Food Safety Certification or equivalent, First Aid, WHMIS one year of food preparation experience excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills ability to work flexible hours

Rate of Pay

$22.89 per hour
