Supply Chain Supervisor

to join the team at 10920 178 Street, Edmonton, AB, T5S 1R7. The candidate must be willing to join a team environment to strengthen and grow the current crew with a positive attitude and character.

Annual Wage: $65,520.00/- Hours per week: 35 hours per week Vacancy: 1

Terms of employment:



Full time permanent position Job start date: as soon as possible Employment conditions: Day, Morning Benefits: Group Insurance Benefits after 3 months of employment. Responsibilities and Duties:



Coordinate activities across various departments such as procurement, production, inventory control, distribution and transportation Train workers and ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve efficiency Coordinate maintenance and repair activities while implementing and upholding safety standards and protocols Resolve issues related to delays, shortages or quality Address and resolve delays, shortages, quality concerns and work-related issues Offer technical guidance and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality Coordinate, delegate and oversee the completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities Initiate requisitions and manage the procurement of materials, equipment and supplies as required

Qualifications and Skills:



Must be able to communicate in English College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years 1 year to less than 2 years of experience Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Tight deadlines; Attention to detail Personal suitability: Accurate; Efficient interpersonal skills; Excellent oral communication; Initiative; Organized; Reliability; Team player
