The

Supply Chain Specialist

will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring that our products reach to the warehouse with no delay. This position will involve coordinating various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:



Procurement Management:

Collaborate with our factories from different countries to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of cabinets. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

Logistics Coordination:

Plan and optimize transportation routes for timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
Monitor and track shipments to resolve any delivery issues and maintain transparency in the supply chain.

Inventory Control:

Implement and maintain an efficient inventory management system.
Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and avoid overstock or shortages.
Coordinate with different departments to forecast and plan for future inventory needs.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities.
Generate regular reports on key supply chain performance metrics, including cost savings, lead times, and inventory turnover.

Problem Resolution:

Proactively identify potential supply chain issues and implement corrective actions.
Work with cross-functional teams to address any supply chain disruptions and implement solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role. Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
