Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring seamless procurement, demand planning, and inventory management. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic manufacturing environment, utilizing advanced tools such as SAP ERP, Power BI, and SQL to drive process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Supply Chain Specialist will collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities



Manage procurement activities including purchasing and supplier relations to ensure timely delivery of materials. Utilize SAP ERP and other ERP systems to process purchase orders, track inventory levels, and monitor supply chain metrics. Conduct demand planning and forecasting using tools like MRP systems to align production schedules with customer needs. Analyze supply chain data with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to coordinate procurement activities that support production schedules. Monitor supplier performance and develop strategies for process improvement in procurement and logistics. Support the integration of new supply chain technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, demand planning, MRP systems, and supply chain management best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for reporting and process optimization. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with purchasing, procurement strategies, and supplier relationship management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers. This role is integral to maintaining an efficient supply chain that supports our company's growth objectives while fostering innovation through technology-driven solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$26.51 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
