Overview


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Supply Chain Operations Analyst

to support both the analytical and operational aspects of our logistics and supply chain functions. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day tracking of inbound and outbound activities while also providing actionable insights through data analysis to enhance overall supply chain performance. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient transportation, inventory, and distribution processes. You will be working on-site out of our office in Surrey, B.C.

Key Responsibilities



Track and monitor

daily inbound and outbound shipments

, resolving exceptions and ensuring timely, accurate delivery. Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and areas for improvement. Monitor freight spend, carrier performance, transit times, and delivery metrics. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Evaluate warehouse operations and inventory levels to support service level goals and cost optimization. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) on planning and execution. Support demand forecasting and replenishment efforts with accurate data and analysis. Conduct root cause analysis for shipment or inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Maintain data accuracy across ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, or transportation management with analytical responsibilities. Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred. Familiarity with logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data management practices. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Knowledge of freight auditing, incoterms, and customs compliance. APICS, CLTD, or other relevant supply chain/logistics certifications,

or may be working towards this certification

Note that this is an on-site position; no remote work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
