Cleanfix is a leader in engine cooling and special radiator cleaning systems. We produce optimized cooling and cleaning solutions for modern engines in off-road equipment and machinery. The Stratford division produces, application engineers, and is the sales and technical support hub for the North American market.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of goods, services, and information across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, procurement, and inventory management, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Oversee inventory planning, control, and warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels.
Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, production, and sales.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote sustainable practices.
Collaborate with supply chain team members to foster growth and performance.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and data analytics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Purchasing training background an asset
Proactive in response to problems as well as in the initiation of corrective actions
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Ability to easily adapt to new software as it relates to the company's ERP (Logistics) system.
The ability to create and maintain a team environment focused on continuous improvement
Willingness to be a long-term contributor and strong team member within a stable and growing organization
Possess strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with continual changes
Valid passport
Valid Ontario driver's license
