Summary
'We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations at our HO location. This role is vital in ensuring the efficiency of our manufacturing and distribution processes, aligning with our mission to provide top-tier electrical protection products.'
'Responsibilities'
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage procurement, inventory control, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Operations teams to optimize production planning and demand forecasting for our manufactured and distribution systems and products.
Utilize data analytics tools like Syspro, Power BI, etc. to monitor supply chain performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and improve supply chain relationships.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Navigate successfully the current constantly-changing tariff environment; implement strategies to reduce/constrain Moltec's impact and costs.
Analyze root causes of supply chain disruptions and develop corrective actions.'
Qualifications
Proven experience in supply chain management within an industrial manufacturing and distribution environment.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
Exposure or knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making.
Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; experience in lieu of education is acceptable
