You'll find us in major retailers like Loblaws and Sobeys, as well as on shelves across the country. We're known for product quality, supply chain discipline, and operational reliability.

As we expand nationally, we're looking for a

Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

to take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep our supply chain running. This is a hands-on role where you'll be working directly with the Founder and Director of Operations, managing retailer orders, inventory, warehouses, and transportation.

If you've built your career in food/CPG supply chain, understand how national retailers and distributors operate, and pride yourself on flawless execution, this role will put you at the center of a growing Canadian brand.

Role Overview


The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager is the operational backbone of our business. You'll oversee purchase orders, track inventory across multiple warehouses, and coordinate shipments across Canada. You'll also manage direct relationships with retailers, distributors, co-packers, and freight providers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities



Retail & Order Management

Process and monitor customer orders across retail, wholesale, and food service channels Enter and track orders through EDI, retailer portals, and QuickBooks Online Manage details: UPCs, BB dates, FIFO, BOLs, and chargeback risks Proactively communicate with retailers and distributors to resolve issues and avoid penalties
Inventory & Warehouse Oversight

Maintain oversight of finished goods and raw materials across multiple warehouses and co-packers Track inventory levels and anticipate shortages before they impact fulfillment Coordinate internal transfers and outbound shipments with 3PL partners
Logistics & Transportation

Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound freight across multiple lanes Book delivery appointments, confirm with carriers, and manage paperwork Optimize freight costs while maintaining reliability and timeliness
Systems & Admin Support

Keep accurate, audit-ready records in spreadsheets and dashboards Work with bookkeeping to reconcile invoices and shipment data Maintain clean documentation for internal and external reporting

What You Bring



5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or CPG food operations Direct experience working with national retailers or distributors (Loblaws, Sobeys, Walmart, etc.) Strong grasp of EDI and retailer portals (order workflows, troubleshooting files) Experience with inventory management and multi-warehouse setups Detail-obsessed, organized, and process-driven Excellent communicator, able to manage multiple relationships and deadlines

Bonus Points If You Have



QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets expertise Familiarity with Canadian grocery distributor systems Prior experience with 3PLs, co-packers, or ERP/inventory software Background in scaling operations for a growing CPG brand

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
