Are you an experienced IT & Digital Project Manager with deep Supply Chain expertise and hands-on SAP implementation experience? This opportunity allows you to lead medium- to high-complexity digital and IT initiatives within the food and manufacturing sector, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver critical Supply Chain transformation projects.
Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Supply Chain IT Project Manager(SAP)- Food/Manufacturing Industry expertise who can drive full-cycle project delivery from business case development to execution and close while ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and alignment with business priorities. The ideal candidate brings robust SAP/OMP implementation experience, strong Supply Chain knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:

• Apply structured project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) to plan, execute, and deliver Digital & IT Supply Chain initiatives.
• Develop high-quality business cases, project plans, resourcing models, and cost estimates for medium- to high-complexity projects.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery by ensuring disciplined execution, risk mitigation, and timely issue resolution.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand operational requirements and align project outcomes with business needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, Supply Chain, Data, and business functions to deliver digital initiatives-including analytics, data solutions, and machine learning models.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and milestones to senior leadership and various stakeholder groups.
• Ensure alignment of project success criteria, monitoring progress from initiation through deployment and closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Promote a strong collaborative culture across teams and contribute to continuous improvement of project practices.

Desired Skill Set:

• 2-3 full-cycle SAP or OMP implementation experiences within Supply Chain (mandatory).
• Strong experience delivering digital Supply Chain initiatives, particularly in Data, Analytics, or Machine Learning.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP methodologies and enterprise Supply Chain platforms.
• Proven project management expertise in stakeholder management, issue resolution, risk management, and execution discipline.
• Expertise applying Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience in food, CPG, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, diplomacy, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with major CPG/manufacturing clients (e.g., Loblaws, Walmart).
• Broader understanding of CPG/manufacturing supply chains and customer operations.
• PMP knowledge (certification not required).
• Strong situational awareness and ability to connect the dots across complex ecosystems.
