RT Prime Industries Group Ltd. (RT Prime) is a trusted supplier of high-quality, custom-engineered components and assemblies, helping customers reduce risk, time, and cost. Headquartered in Victoria, BC, with operations in China, we have recently expanded into Vancouver through the acquisition of Leister Blake Enterprises Ltd. (LBE).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support supply chain operations by working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing RFQs and working with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes based on customer requirements.

-Managing purchase orders, tracking progress, and expediting deliveries as needed.

-Coordinating shipments from suppliers to RT Prime's warehouses or directly to customers.

- Communicating with customers regarding order status, change requests, and delivery timelines.

- Collaborating with sales, engineering, quality and accounting teams to ensure accurate order processing and invoicing.

- Supporting day-to-day operational tasks, including document management and issue resolution, to ensure smooth supply chain execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

-Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

-Computer skills: MS applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

-A candidate with previous purchasing experience is preferred.

-Level 5 or 7 driver's license
