Job Description
Preloved is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Wholesale & Merchandise coordinator in our head office in Scarborough.Reporting directly to the C.E.O., this person will be responsible for ensuring the flow between production to our wholesale clients and our online store runs smoothly for each season's collections.Duties
- Measure and analyze the order profile of the supply base and maintain the long range production plan
- Creating work orders and act as POC for apparel producing
- Sourcing materials such as hang tags, fabrics, etc.
- Managing inventory for wholesale and online
- Overseeing wholesale deliveries and day-to-day online fulfillment
- Manage pre & post-productino budgeting
- Background in fashion or supply chain management
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Results oriented
- Strong sense of self-motivation
- Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently
- Extremely organized, thorough and able to prioritize
- Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Outgoing, positive, energetic, up beat and fun, all the while maintaining professionalism with staff, customers and clients
- Solution oriented thinker, with ability to work independently and effectively
- Willingness to accept and provide feedback
- 8 hour shift
