Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator on a temporary full-time (for approximately 11 months) basis at our Home Office in Saskatoon, SK. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Specialists (as well as the Culinary and Food Service Category Manager Specialist when required), to monitor and replenish an assortment of Food service and retail products from various vendors.

• You will be responsible for replenishing food inventory for Foodservice and retail warehoused items, as well as ordering special order items / opportunity buys as needed.
• You will perform buying functions within Manugistics for assigned vendors including monitoring and maintaining items forecasted by the department.
• You will monitor inventory levels for assigned vendors and maintain established inventory turnover.
• You will monitor all date control product in the warehouse to minimize shrink, ensure the product is received and sent to the vendor at the appropriate time and transferred to the retail in time to sell, and clear system mismatches as needed.
• You will identify slow moving SKUs, and create and maintain vendor files, setting up new items.
• You will recommend items for auto-distribution program and stock transfers for region inventory balancing.

• You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Commerce.
• You have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
• You have experience using Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Outlook is required.
• Working toward Project Management Association of Canada (PMAC) will be considered an asset.
