What you\'ll do? The Supply Chain Coordinator will support the Company\'s acquisition and delivery processes for goods and services by engaging in supply chain administration, inventory maintenance, logistics, and communication. As such, the Supply Chain Coordinator will act as a primary point of contact for Eneon\'s Procurement & Supply Chain department, and will continually evaluate cost-effectiveness across activities to ensure best supply chain solutions are achieved. Key responsibilities include: Order Management

• Generating purchase orders (PO) and obtaining approval as required.
• Receive items and services PO on the system and allocate to correct project.
• Regular tracking of open orders.
• Expediting orders and/or finding alternatives to meet project timelines when necessary.
• Identifying cost savings where possible by evaluating options across service providers, suppliers, and parts sourcing to meet business needs.

Inventory Management

• Inventory tracking, issuing, cycle count, item allocation, and inventory health check.
• Creating Part numbers on system according to order requirements.
• Tracking free issue parts delivery to subcontractors and receiving items on the system.
• Receiving physical orders, lifting, and relocating packages by hand, and unloading deliveries via forklift (if licensed).

Logistics

• Generating shipping documents.
• Sourcing and recommending best shipping options.
• Communicating shipping documents to shippers and customs brokers, ensuring full and accurate product information is captured.
• Coordinating local and international intermodal shipping activities with aligned incoterms.

Communication

• Updating team on pending/completed PO and delivery of hot items.
• Creating and communicating RFQs.
• Communicating PO to suppliers when necessary.
• Generating system reports as required by internal customers.
• Supporting finance and suppliers (ex. clarifying invoices, identifying priority and milestone payments).

Document Management

• Updating tracking documents and supply chain folders.
• Updating PO folders with order documents and confirmation.
• Filling business operation documents (ex. account set-ups, credit applications).
• Review and update existing procedures to align with best practices and industry standards.

What you\'ll bring?

• 3+ years of directly related experience to the above responsibilities.
• Post-secondary supply chain certification or degree.
• Demonstrated exposure to logistics, especially experience with local and/or international shipping and shipping documents.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to execute accurate and precise data.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work within deadlines while keeping a high level of accuracy.
• Must have a commitment to the vision, culture, and mission of Eneon ES Inc.

• Familiarity with Netsuite an asset.
• Forklift certification an asset.
