What will you work on? As a member of the Global Supply Chain Architecture Team, the Supply Chain Architect will work closely with the broader Supply Chain Architecture subject matter experts as well as other cross functional partners to translate business requirements to facilitate the implementation of related business process and enabling systems. The incumbent will deliver capabilities to support global process and system design to optimize user experience and support adoption. They will solve techno-functional challenges by providing holistic and scalable solution designs with overall guidance and oversight to various product, implementation and system change initiatives across global operations. This is a hands-on role which will require the ability to develop capabilities to meet business requirements; influence change in a matrix environment; and ultimately contribute to the implementation of best-in-class supply chain solutions to drive our competitive advantage across the globe. How will you create impact?
  • Identify & contribute to process development/reengineering improvement initiatives within the Global Supply Chain Architecture Team
  • Leverage your expertise to design, create, implement, and maintain software and applications
  • Lead multiple capability building initiatives including:
    • Tool development
    • Reporting / Dashboarding [Power BI/Power Automate SME etc.,]
    • Training Support
      • Development and Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Manage project updates, through regular meetings and written communications
  • Escalate/communicate project risks to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis
  • Participate in projects as assigned
How will you fit into the team?
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and organization skills, and process oriented with attention to detail
  • Ability to provide technical thought leadership through capability building while exercising creativity to generate solutions and investigate feasibility
What are your skills and experience?
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business/systems area (i.e., Computer Engineering)
  • 2-5 years in operations, process development/improvement, business analytics or data science
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.
  • Solid understanding of a content-informed, User Experience (UX) and visual design approach
  • Ability to provide technical thought leadership through capability building
  • Toy or consumer goods experience preferred
