The Role:



The Supply Chain Analyst will responsible and accountable for the smooth operations of the customer delivery and shipment process. He/She will oversee freight booking, coordinating with warehouses and 3PL carriers to schedule shipments as per customer required delivery dates.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:



Schedule appointments/timeslots with 3PL warehouses for inbound and outbound and work within shipping appointment requirements. Maintaining freight database for freight rates by carrier for all trade lanes for FTL, LTL, intermodal deliveries. Update the database as and when required. Check and approve freight invoices including waiting time, FSC etc. Verify PODs and maintain POD database. Create purchase order for local venders and track deliveries schedule. Prepare weekly reports for 3PL capacity, fill rate and service level report and perform inventory code date analysis. Key in data in the ERP system for inter-warehouse transfers and coordinate with warehouses, 3 PL carriers for appointment slots. Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying variances in inventory shipped and customer receipt quantities. Resolve customer issues related to freight delays, damages. Manage all the crucial documents such as bills of lading, pick slips, shipping notices etc. Monitor carrier performance in terms of No-Shows, missed appointments, delayed pickups and safety compliance. Any additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring:



A university degree or equivalent experience in Supply chain, Logistics, Transportation, or related field. Working knowledge of ERP is an asset. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks including Windows, macOS, iOS. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, business management and customer service skills. Support both customers and carriers daily to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence Accountable for results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
