Manage digital inventory systems for accurate stock levels and movements.
Receive, record, and coordinate daily deliveries and stock transfers.
Create and update product SKUs, photos, and descriptions.
Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and generate reports.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve product or shipment issues.
Ensure optimal stock levels for retail and web stores.
Organize and digitize invoices, receipts, and operational documents.
Log daily sales reports and reconcile sales channels.
Provide clerical and operational support to the management team.
Oversee B2B program, processing orders and coordinating stock delivery.
Perform general administrative tasks and execute accurate data entry.
Maintain an organized office space and assist with market research.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or administrative role.
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze inventory data and generate reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory records.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory control methods.
Experience in coordinating with suppliers and managing stock levels across multiple channels.
Proven track record of maintaining organized and efficient office operations.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team collaboration and success.
