Supper Series Treasurer
Job Description
The Supper Series Treasurer shall be responsible for helping the Chair and the Deputy for Sponsorship and Fundraising to run successful Supper Series events. Supper Series is a fundraising event in which volunteers partner with a local restaurant to deliver food and in turn, get to keep a portion of the profit to donate to the ASUS Charity of the Year and support other Community Outreach initiatives.
Applications will be open until October 2 at 4:00pm EST.
Responsibilities
An approximately 8-month term from September 2022 to April 2023 with a time commitment of 1-2 hours per week
The responsibilities of the Treasurer will include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping track of all financial transactions from the events
- Ensuring that all payments are paid/received
- Submitting reimbursement forms
- Organizing budget
- Attending Supper Series events
