Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a

Propane Service Supervisor

on a permanent basis at our branch in Winnipeg, MB.




This position requires on-site work and is based in Winnipeg, MB.

What you'll do:

Oversee propane tank installations, and day-to-day customer service. Anticipate and assess customers' propane heating needs, make fulfillment recommendations to the customers, and co-ordinate the completion of service work and propane deliveries. Maintain and build relationships with customers, community members, and local Co-ops. Ensure proper propane tank inspections and maintenance on all equipment and trucks is being performed and documented. Support training, certification upkeep, performance management, and recruitment of the drivers and service technicians to maintain a compliant and engaged team. Complete daily administrative tasks on platforms such Excel and SharePoint to create and maintain records of accounts, sales, training, schedules, maintenance, etc.

Who you'll work with:

The Team:

You will supervise a team of Service Technicians, and a Propane Clerk and will work closely with other Propane Supervisors in the Manitoba & Ontario zone.

The Customers:

You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting rural, commercial and residential propane customers.

Domestic gasfitter ticket in good standing is required. 3-5 years experience as a service technician; preference for individuals with prior supervisory experience. Are familiar with the Energy Service industry.
