The Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) works at the centre of the province's power system, ensuring Ontarians have access to reliable and cost-effective electricity when and where they need it. We operate the province's electricity grid 24/7, design, run and oversee the wholesale electricity markets, and plan and prepare to meet Ontario's electricity needs - now and into the future.
The Opportunity
The Supervisor, Program Performance - Community Programs is responsible for all aspects of the design and delivery of Save on Energy's Business Community programs, including contract management and business relationships with applicable energy consumers, stakeholders, industry partners, and third-party delivery agents.
The Supervisor, Program Performance - Community Programs is responsible for the design, delivery and evolution of Save on Energy's Business Community programs to address the needs of the Ontario power system and electricity consumers. To do so, the Supervisor, Program Performance - Community Programs will be responsible for the achievement of program energy and demand savings targets within established budgets and is responsible for activities including business development, program design, procurement, program delivery and administration, technical support, and external support including for consumers, stakeholders, industry partners, and third-party delivery agents. The Supervisor Program Performance will manage and develop a team of direct reports in support of the above objectives.
