About the role





We're currently looking for a Supervisor, Private Enterprise to join our Vancouver downtown office. In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of client engagements, coach junior staff, and build trusted relationships with privately held business clients across diverse industries.



You'll work closely with two supportive Partners known for fostering a collaborative, flexible, and growth-focused team environment. How you'll make a difference




Support and lead engagement work

-- taking ownership of key file areas, performing detailed reviews, and ensuring files are progressing on time and on budget, so clients receive seamless, high-quality service.


Develop and coach junior team members

-- answering questions, reviewing work, offering support, and modeling a learning mindset to help new accountants build strong technical and professional foundations.


Be a trusted client contact

-- communicating clearly and professionally, managing information requests, and helping clients feel supported and informed throughout their engagement.


Drive continuous learning and improvement

-- proactively seeking feedback, learning from new file experiences, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client outcomes and team collaboration.


Who you are




CPA designation or working toward completion, with 3+ years of experience in public practice supporting private-enterprise clients Experience preparing and reviewing compilation and review engagements, corporate and personal tax returns, and supporting year-end engagements Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills -- you enjoy guiding others and building trusted client relationships Curious and proactive -- you ask questions, seek new challenges, and are excited about building leadership capability on the path to Manager Comfortable using CaseWare and Taxprep (experience with QBO or cloud-based accounting systems is an asset) Someone who values a collaborative, balanced environment where people support each other and take pride in delivering excellent work
