Job Overview - Construction Cleaning Supervisor for ME Cleaners

We are looking for a

highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on Construction Cleaning Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate cleaning operations on construction sites, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

. You will supervise crews, delegate tasks, inspect completed work, and handle client or site manager feedback/complaints with professionalism and urgency.

Availability:

Must be flexible to work early mornings (before 7:00 AM), late days (after 4:00 PM), and weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and assist cleaning teams across multiple construction projects. Divide and assign tasks efficiently to ensure on-time project completion. Inspect worksites to ensure top-quality cleaning, attention to detail, and compliance with safety standards. Manage cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment -- ensure proper use and inventory control. Handle on-site issues and client complaints swiftly and professionally (availability 24/7 as needed). Develop and implement effective cleaning strategies tailored to construction environments. Train and mentor team members to follow procedures and uphold company standards. Communicate clearly and consistently with contractors, project managers, and clients. Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed. Maintain accurate logs, progress reports, and issue records.

Qualifications

Multilingual:

Must speak at least

two

of the following fluently --

French, Spanish, English

(ideally all three).

Experience:

Minimum

2 years in construction or post-construction cleaning

(supervisory experience preferred).

Strong leadership and organizational skills

-- able to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Quick thinker and problem-solver

-- able to resolve issues independently and efficiently.

Creative and resourceful

, with a keen eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license
